Forgive them Lord, they know not what they do.
From the reaction of the boys on the benches one could be lead to believe that the monstrance contained only bread! Hmmmm....
What makes them think this is OK?

Perhaps they have no priest (?), in which case it would have been better not to have the Blessed Sacrament in procession. It is shown scant respect by the participants in any case. I think an act of reparation to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament is in order.
It seems he has a humeral veil on as well. Not to excuse the action at all, but I am guessing that in a long procession Father got tired and was being substituted. Perhaps this would have been a good time to have another Priest available or even a Deacon.
